TAMAQUA — A 28-year-old Shenandoah lady charged by Rush Township Police with hidden equipment from a Wal-Mart on May 13 waived her right to a rough conference before Magisterial District Judge Stephen J. Bayer.

Dawn M. Benjamin, of 17 Chelton St., was arrested by military Sgt. Duane E. Frederick and charged with sell theft, receiving stolen skill and conspiracy.

By waiving her right to a conference Benjamin will now have to answer to all 3 charges opposite her in Schuylkill County Court.

Frederick charged Benjamin after she and 4 other people entered a store, picked out equipment they favourite and placed them in a vast tote. It was afterwards that Benjamin pushed a selling transport containing a vast receptacle by a grass and garden core exit but profitable for a items.

Frederick pronounced a lady walked out with 120 equipment with a sum value of $994.34.

Gary L. Young Jr., 26, of 143 Tamanend Road, Quakake ; waived for court: DUI and drifting driving.

Terri L. Kates, 36, of 27 1/2 Hunter St., Tamaqua; waived for court: burglary by wrong holding and receiving stolen property.

John J. Schlauch, 30, of 14 W. Broad St., No. 2, Tamaqua; waived for court: entrance device released to another person, possession of an entrance device meaningful it was tawdry or altered, receiving stolen skill and conspiracy.

Colin L. Johnson, 22, of 509 Oak Lane, Tamaqua; waived for court: possession of a tranquil piece and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donna E. Shistel, 62, of 91 Orchard Road, Barnesville; hold for court: DUI and disaster to keep right.

Kayla Leibowitz, 26, of 274 3rd St., Coaldale; hold for court: endangering a gratification of children.

Elias Cortes, 24, of 34 Nescopec St., Apt. 1, Tamaqua; waived for court: possession of pot and unfinished conduct.

Branislav Brili, 56, of 126 Greenwood St., Coaldale; waived for court: fast endangering another person, tractability to certified crew directing traffic, avocation of motorist in puncture response areas, drifting driving, forward pushing and pushing during an vulnerable speed.

Todd Bugdanavage, 40, of 304 Biddle St., Tamaqua; waived for court: burglary by wrong taking, receiving stolen skill and entrance device released to another person.

Noel Abadia, 24, of 19 W. Bertsch St., Lansford; hold for court: endangering a gratification of children.
