The pleasing waterfront Linscott Park in Swampscott will come alive with color, season and song for a sixth Annual Swampscott Arts Craft Festival on Saturday, Sept. 10, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 11, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Fair will be hold sleet or gleam and is encumber accessible. Admission is giveaway and accessible pets on a control are welcome.
