Sometimes in college football it seems as if everybody gets a trophy. Traveling adversary trophies are one of a good traditions in college football. From bells to buckets, axes to Apple Cups, a volume of hardware handed out tends to go adult during this time of year.

And when it comes to prize games, Minnesota has a best.

Ahead of a college football season, The Associated Press asked a row of electorate in a Top 25 check to import in on a best roving trophies in college football.

Three that a Gophers play for grabbed a tops spots, starting with Paul Bunyan’s Axe, that Wisconsin and Minnesota will play for on Thanksgiving weekend. After that came college football’s many famous pig, a government named Floyd of Rosedale that goes to a leader of a Iowa-Minnesota game. The Little Brown Jug, that Minnesota took from Michigan progressing this season, was No. 3 on a list.
