WALLINGFORD — A Hartford male is confronting charges after he allegedly burglarized a North Colony Road gas hire early Friday morning.
Kevin Lewis Marshall, 49, of 760 Garden Street, Hartford, was charged with thievery in a third degree, robbery in a fourth grade and possession of narcotics, among several other charges.
Around 5:30 a.m., Wallingford military perceived a call from a passerby who saw dual people wearing black masks and carrying a blue cosmetic receptacle enclosure full of equipment withdrawal a Gulf Express gas hire during 315 North Colony Road. The store owner, who was nearing to open a station, also saw a suspects withdrawal a area. After several officers arrived, a feet office ensued, and one think transient into a china sedan with an different driver. Marshall was brought into control shortly thereafter.
Marshall is now being hold on a $250,000 bond and is scheduled to seem in Meriden Superior Court on Monday, Aug. 3.
